Stackdd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Stackdd orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the channel listed in your account and we'll help you get your refund processed.
After 30 days
If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we may still be able to help on a case-by-case basis — reach out to support and we'll do our best.
